CUSTOMER NOTICE

You agree: 

To provide your personal details at your own will and that your provided details are correct; 

With the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth;

Lost Australia Station is authorised to use any of your photos taken within Lost Australia Station for marketing purpose; 

Lost Australia Station is not responsible for any lost of customers’ belongings; and

Lost Australia Station will have rights to claim damages, if any, caused by you. 

Understand that all game rooms are under surveillance.

 

TRADE SECRET

You agree not to disclose any video clips, photographs, information, contents or answers of the games to any 3rd parties and to treat them as commercial trade secret. 

 

CUSTOMER'S RESTRICTION

You agree not to run or be involved in any related business in the industry in their name or any organisation in Victoria within 36 months. 

 

SAFETY RULES

Lost Australia Station is not suitable for pregnant women, or customers that have heart disease, high blood pressure or Claustrophobia. Your health must be in suitable condition.

Lost Australia Station will not be responsible for any personal injuries caused during the game if you breach any safety rules.

Lost Australia Station will preserve the rights to claim for damages if there is any breach of contract.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION: Changes to the date and time can only be made 48 hours prior to the initial booking time. Cancelling the booking 48 hours prior to the booking incurs cancellation fee of 10% of the booking. No cancellations or changes are allowed if notification is made less than 48 hours prior to the booking.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days in advance, or in case of no-show.

SECURITY: Lost Australia Station does not capture or store any card information. Bookeo uses at the very least 128-Bit SSL Encryption on pages where private information can be entered, such as credit cards, Social Security numbers, loan information, etc. and the SSL certificates expiration are monitored.

SURVEILLANCE CAMERA: Please note that the rooms are under surveillance with recording facilities. Those recordings will not be used for any purposes without customers' permission other than claiming for damages to Lost Australia Station's properties. The archives will be deleted within one week.

PUNCTUALITY: Please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand for briefing and some paper work. Customers’ session should end exactly one hour after the booked time. Any breaks taken or delays within the session will not be recovered.

MOBILE PHONES: The use of mobile phones for any purposes is forbidden once the game starts. Mobile phone should be kept in storage boxes at all times.

DAMAGES/REPAIRS: Lost Australia Station reserves the rights to reclaim damages to our properties. It is the customers’ responsibility to keep track of the locations of the pad locks and other small items. Lost Australia Station can claim back the cost of the pad locks if the passwords are altered.

LOST ITEMS: Lost Australia Station will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any property whatsoever belonging to the customers. 

CONSUMER DATA: Lost Australia Station will not reveal any customer's personal information to any third party. All consumer data, including email address and photos taken, will only be used within Lost Australia Station for marketing purpose.

SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the premises.

FOOD: No food and drink are allowed in the game rooms.
